5. Subscriptions and Service Duration

Qayd Tech provides its services through subscription plans, which may be monthly, annual, or other plans announced by the Company.

The subscription period begins on the activation date or the date specified during the purchase process and continues throughout the paid subscription period.

Cancellation of automatic renewal does not automatically terminate the paid subscription period or entitle the Customer to a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the reason for the request, the subscription type, and the nature of the service provided.

This section does not affect any consumer rights or mandatory legal obligations under applicable laws.

Whenever reasonably possible and appropriate, the Company will attempt to notify Customers of the reason for such action and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking final action, unless circumstances require otherwise.

Customers may cancel their subscriptions in accordance with the approved cancellation procedure.

16. Data Retention

The retention, processing, and deletion of Customer data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
